Ramon & Venecia Noriega
Ramon and Venecia Noriega moved to Cabo San Lucas right after getting married in 2006 to work with Cabo English Church, they were youth pastors from 2007-2015 and have worked with several missionary teams ever since. they have a passion for missions and want to be able to host missionaries coming to Cabo San Lucas or other parts of south baja. They also work with the kids at Casa Hugar Orphange.

Our overall long-term goal is to be a place of stability in a very unstable area.

Our goals for the Cabo Leadership - Ministry Center:

• To be a place long term for local ministry training, we want to partner with the local church in Cabo and the whole Baja and provide the needed training to strengthen the Church, so that the gospel is clearly preached and people are coming to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ.

• To be a place that provides Leadership Training to leaders in and around the local Church. Because when the Church is working right nothing can stop it!

• To be a place where mission teams can call home and build many years of memories while making an impact for the Kingdom in the Baja.

• To be a place that connects missions teams with local ministries that need their help and can make the most strategic impact for the kingdom.

Prayer Requests
• Pray that we can continue to unite the younger generation of pastors who desire change, who desire leadership training and pastoral training for themselves and their lay leaders.

• Pray for the teams and leaders who will stay with us this year are blessed with rest and provided with the encouragement and training they need to be the men and women God desires them to be.

• Pray for God to give us wisdom and understanding for leading the ministry with integrity and fulfill the vision that God has provided for the expansion of His Kingdom.

Current Projects
• Phase 2 Building - We are in Phase 2 right now and building out 2 more bedrooms, bathroom, living room area, and a smaller mtg space and concrete roof that will support the final phase of the project.

• Phase 3 Building – Phase (3) will include a larger mtg space, three more bedrooms a kitchen, bathroom and palapa area for outdoor mtg space.
